Please read these terms carefully before using BlockerPlus or any Niyaty product.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BlockerPlus mobile application ("App"), the Niyaty website, and any other services provided by Niyaty LLP. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
BlockerPlus is a content blocking application for Android devices designed to help users manage and restrict access to content they have chosen to block on their own devices. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Some features may require authentication via Google Play. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that contain false or misleading information.
BlockerPlus offers a Premium subscription that unlocks accountability partners, advanced reporting, custom schedules, and expanded blocklists. Pricing is displayed in the App and on the Google Play Store.
Subscriptions are billed through Google Play on the billing cycle you select. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can cancel at any time through your Google Play account settings.
Refund requests are handled in accordance with Google Play's refund policy. We will honour refunds made within 48 hours of purchase if Premium features have not been meaningfully used. Contact us at hello@niyaty.in.
We will notify you at least 30 days before any price change. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
BlockerPlus offers a free tier including core blocking features. The free tier is provided as-is and we reserve the right to modify or limit free tier features at any time with reasonable notice.
The App and all associated content is owned by Niyaty LLP and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for its intended purpose. The Niyaty and BlockerPlus names and logos are trademarks of Niyaty LLP.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will block all intended content in every circumstance. Content blocking technology has inherent limitations. The App is a tool to support your goals — it is not a substitute for professional support or medical treatment for addiction.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Niyaty LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000 (whichever is greater).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Niyaty LLP and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling your subscription through Google Play.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
